The Sukuta Village Development Committee is a local organisation based in Sukuta Village, The Gambia. The Committee consists of concerned individuals who are aiming to work voluntarily to improve various aspects of the community’s life standard. One recent project was a clean up exercise campaign at the community health centre, removing sand and rubbish along the highway. This was organised by young people.
