ACCESS (African Community Centre for Social Sustainibility) is a community-based organisation in rural Uganda founded in 2002 to empower vulnerable groups in resource limited settings through medical care, education and income-generating projects. ACCESS cares for people living with HIV-AIDS (PLWAs), together with orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC).

Programmes include s full-service medical clinic, provision of school fees for OVCs, a training programme for community health workers, and income generating projects for women living with HIV/AIDS.
