The National Society for Human Rights (NSHR) is a non-profit and non-partisan human rights monitoring and advocacy organisation, working to eliminate human rights violations in Namibia and the rest of the world. Core activities include desk/field monitoring, civic education programmes, training, capacity building and production of an annual human rights report (NH2R). NSHR has also constructed a community school complex and solar powered borehole in the village of Orotjitombo (Kaokoland, NW Namibia).
