The Association for Realisation of Basic Needs (ARBAN) is a Bangladeshi NGO established to work in a participatory manner with and for disadvantaged and powerless people. The organisation is committed to democratic values, human rights and equality between men and women. Programmes and projects include a savings and credit asistance programme, non-formal education, the provision of water and sanitation and primary health care, human rights and disaster management.
