Kenya Orphans Rural Development Programme

Unverified non-profit organisation

Kenya Orphans Rural Development Programme (KORDP) is an indigenous NGO working with under-served communities to improve their quality of life
through responsive and innovative programming, service delivery and
capacity building in Kenya and across borders. The organisation focuses on providing aid to vulnerable children and their carers, and has made significant progress towards increasing primary school enrolment and decreasing the death rate in children between 1 and 8.

KORDP has adopted a comprehensive integrated early childhood day care strategy rooted in the community’s’ way of life, working towards sustainable initiatives and exploring innovative solutions to service delivery, and will be attempting to reduce the stigma of HIV/AIDS among its other activities.
