Arise and Shine Ministries is a community-based NGO working with needy people in the eastern region of Uganda in the Namatumba District. The organisation works with neglected children, orphans, widows, people living with HIV/AIDS, disabled persons and the elderly, supporting them with their basic needs, including the provision of uniforms, shoes, clothes, food, medication, and shelter. The Ministry runs an orphanage and a school which currently does not have adequate classroom facilities.
