International Federation of Associations of the Elderly (FIAPA)


The basic aim of the International Federation of Associations of the Elderly (FIAPA) is to mobilize the elderly and their associations in order to enhance their integration in the life of society. Originally established by associations of the elderly in four European countries, it now had branches in 39 countries with affiliated associations representing more than 100 million members.
