International Council of Women (ICW-CIF)

The International Council of Women (ICW-CIF) is an international NGO which brings together worldwide Women's Councils. The main aim of the organisation is to promote gender equality, the rights of women, and the elimination of all forms of discrimination. The Council has consultative status at ECOSOC(the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations), and is represented on all UN bodies.
