Emergency Personnel Network (EPN), 6-8 March in Nairobi and 16-18 May in Rome, 2007

EPN conferences are held every year to provide an opportunity for human resource (HR) professionals in the humanitarian sector to benchmark HR practices, improve their organisation’s performance and plan for the future. Attendees represent non-governmental (NGO), United Nations and international organisations involved in emergency response. Attendees can network with peers, discuss case studies, review new methodologies, voice problems faced and work towards solutions in a range of contexts. Representatives from donor agencies, commercial companies and universities are regularly invited as guest speakers.
