50/50 Group Sierra Leone works with a mission to increase the level of female participation in representative government, to ensure parity. Its main objectives are to increase women’s participation in democratic politics and other decision making bodies and reduce the marginalisation of women by giving them training in skills that would enable them to enter the political arena and other decision-making positions with confidence.
