Accept the user agreement and fill in contact information form.

Provide a description of your organisational activities on the Global Hand website.

Ensure that your organisational activities will conform with the Global Hand Standards.
Step 4 User level red User level yellow

Provide the following documentation:

    • Certificate of registration
    • Most recently audited financial statements (including auditor's report and signatures)
    • List of board members, with contact information for each member
    • Mission statement
    • Brief description of GIK (gifts-in-kind) activity and countries of major focus
    • Reference from a verified Global Hand organisation
Step 5 User level red User level yellow

Yellow participants make a financial donation with no set minimum.

Red participants make a financial donation with a set minimum according to cash flow:
    • Lower level: Minimum of US$300 for organisations who receive cash donations less than US$500,000 per annum (or above, if preferred.)
    • Higher level: Minimum of US$1,000 for organisations who receive cash donations more than US$500,000 per annum (or above, if preferred.)
Step 6 User level red

Red participants must attend one annual meeting every three years.

Why is access to offers restricted to verified organisations?

Global Hand permits verified organisations, only, to respond to goods and services offered through our matching platform. Criteria for verification is, therefore, quite demanding. Our hope is that, as a result, all who use the Global Hand network will feel confident that we are taking all the steps we can to protect it from the possibility of abuse.
